Squirrel Mail Time Out Issue

One of our clients hosted his domain on our linux server using cPanel version 11.24. He encountered an problem using SquirrelMail interface while sending the mails and reported us the following:
SquirrelMail session get disconnected after a certain period of time. This usually happens around 10-15 minutes after logged in to the SquirrelMail interface without clicking on any buttons or performing any actions.
While composing a very long email or Staying away from the computer for few minutes or few hours. He attempts logged out from the Squirrel Mail interface.
To overcome this issue one need to force Squirrel Mail to set to auto-refresh the side by X minutes. To do this, One need to perform below mentioned steps:
1. Log in to the webmail http://domain.com:2095
2. Click on Options
3. Click on 'Folder Preferences'. You will see an option titled 'Auto Refresh Folder List:'. It is set to Never by default.
4. Change the setting to 5 minutes or 10 minutes (upon user requirement)
5. Click on the Submit.
After applying this change, the user should be able to stay logged in to their interface without interruption, It also provides the advantage of receiving new message notifications without having to click on the check mail button.
